• Experience with enamel paint spraying products, systems and required personal protective equipment

• Knowledge of paint viscosity adjustment and spray application patterns to achieve appropriate metal surface preparation and cleaning in preparation for paint application

​

• Ability to stand for complete shift and lift up to 50lbs

​

• Prepare paint products for spraying on metal parts

​

• Operate, maintain, and clean paint equipment and paint system including spray boots

​

• Complete part preparation: metal finish, hang and wash parts

​

• Complete painted part rework 

​

• Operate hilos, overhead hoists and cranes

​

• Assemble small parts

​

• Cleaning, moving material, hand grinding, hand or machine metal finishing

​

• Loading and unloading trucks

​

• Operate overhead crane
