Harlo, a leader in the rough terrain forklift industry, is looking for a Design Engineer to join our team on the beautiful west side of Michigan, where you’re just a short drive from the sandy shores of Lake Michigan. An energetic, self-motivated, creative problem-solver willing to grow with our company would be the perfect candidate. This team member will research, develop, and design mechanical products, modification of existing product, necessary tooling, and coordinate the processes involved in fabrication, production and technical support. A strong interest in fluid mechanics, electrical schematics, heavy equipment, metal forming and welding, is a must.

 

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Mechanical Engineering Degree

• Excellent Communication Skills 

• Excellent Organizational Skills 

• 2D and 3D Modeling Skills
