Inside Salesperson
Harlo Products Corporation, a leader in the rough terrain forklift industry, is looking for an Inside
Salesperson to join our team. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be self-
motivated, energetic and have a high level of attention to detail.
Under the supervision of the Director of Sales and Marketing this position performs field and phone
promotional work to obtain sales in an assigned territory where the company and product line are
established. May canvas out prospective new accounts. Demonstrates products / services and assists in
the selection of products / services most applicable to customers' needs. Demonstrates and familiarizes
established accounts with new products / services and developments. Quotes prices, terms, delivery
dates, etc. on orders subject to the approval of the Director of Sales and Marketing. May investigate and
report on warranty claims and complaints. Prepares periodic activity and expense reports. This position
will also be cross-trained in the service and marketing area.
This position requires:
Strong Technical / Mechanical Aptitude
Experience in the Manufacturing industry with 3 – 5 years of experience
Knowledgeable of sales, product development, marketing, and customer support
Proven strong aptitude in Excel, and PowerPoint
A Bachelor’s degree in a related field
Experience with heavy equipment a plus!
