SUMMARY

Qualified machine operator with experience running a range of shop equipment, including drill presses, radial drills, automatic cut-off saws, ironworkers, milling machines, lathes, shapers, turret punch presses, plasma torch tables, and brake presses. Skilled in reading detail and assembly prints and safely moving material using overhead cranes.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:

• Operate a variety of shop machines, including drill presses, radial drills, automatic cut-off saws, ironworkers, milling machines, lathes, shapers, turret punch presses, plasma torch tables, and brake presses.
• Move material as needed using overhead cranes.
• Read and adhere to detail and assembly prints to ensure accurate job completion

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily:

• Qualified to operate a range of shop machinery, including drill presses, radial drills, automatic cut-off saws, ironworkers, milling machines, lathes, shapers, turret punch presses, plasma torch tables, and brake presses.
• Able to move material safely using overhead cranes.
• Capable of reading and following simple detail and assembly prints.
