SUMMARY

The Final Assembler is responsible for assembling, troubleshooting, and repairing Rough Terrain Forklift component systems to ensure equipment meets operational and appearance standards. This role requires knowledge of powertrain, hydraulic, and electrical systems, along with experience using pneumatic tools and Kan-Ban production processes. Candidates must be capable of diagnosing issues, performing quality assembly work, and maintaining the tools necessary to support production activities.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Repair and troubleshoot motor vehicle component systems as required.
• Utilize knowledge of powertrain, hydraulic, and electrical systems during assembly and repair activities.
• Perform production assembly tasks using pneumatic power tools and Kan-Ban processes.
• Ensure equipment meets operational and appearance requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS

•  Possess knowledge of motor vehicle powertrain, hydraulic, and electrical systems and how these systems interact.
•  Experience repairing motor vehicle component systems.
•  Understanding of heavy equipment operation and appearance requirements.
•  Experience in production assembly using pneumatic power tools and a Kan-Ban supply system.
•  Must possess own hand tools and tool storage cabinet.
