SUMMARY

Qualified maintenance professional with the ability to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair machinery, equipment, buildings, and facility systems. Skilled in welding, hydraulic repairs, boiler maintenance, electric motor repair, basic electrical troubleshooting, and operation of maintenance-related equipment, including forklifts and overhead cranes. Responsible for ensuring reliable operation of machinery and facilities, performing preventative and corrective maintenance, and training employees on maintenance procedures and responsibilities.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Install, maintain, and repair machinery and equipment as required.
• Perform welding, hydraulic, and general maintenance-related machine repairs.
• Maintain boilers, electric motors, buildings, and facility equipment.
• Conduct minor repairs to office furniture and equipment.
• Perform basic electrical wiring and troubleshooting tasks.
• Operate the overhead crane and forklift as required.
• Train other employees on the duties and responsibilities of the Maintenance classification.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Qualified to install, maintain, and repair a variety of machines, including power-operated vehicles.
• Skilled in maintaining and repairing shop equipment, excluding tools and fixtures.
• Able to perform welding and hydraulic repairs.
• Capable of performing machine operations related to maintenance activities.
• Knowledgeable in boiler maintenance.
• Able to make minor repairs to office furniture and equipment.
• Skilled in maintaining electric motors.
• Capable of performing simple wiring and electrical troubleshooting.
• Able to repair and maintain buildings and equipment as determined by the Company.
